PRIVATE COTTAGES

We offer nine quaint New England-style cottages that make the perfect home away from home. Each cottage is individually appointed with various bedding configurations to accommodate couples, families, small groups or even a business traveler.

Weekly Rental Only (Saturday to Saturday) from June 15 through August 31. Two-Night Minimum Required outside those dates. Maximum Occupancy is five people. Advertised rates are based upon two occupants. There is an additional charge of $20/night for each additional person in the cottage.

All Accommodations are Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping, Non-Marijuana. No Pets or Animals of any kind allowed in this unit. For the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you respect the no smoking / no animal policy for the cottages. A $300 deep cleaning fee will be assessed if you choose to smoke or bring any type of animal into this unit.

Cottage 1

This cottage has one bedroom with two XL Full Beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It features a well-equipped kitchen with basic utensils, pots/pans, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove/oven, coffee maker, a private bathroom, stand up shower, unit-controlled heat/air conditioning, flatscreen television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 2

This cottage has Two Bedrooms, one with Queen Bed, one with two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It features a well-equipped kitchen with basic utensils, pots/pans, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove/oven, coffee maker, a private bathroom, stand up shower, unit-controlled heat/air conditioning, flatscreen television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 3

This recently updated quaint New England-style cottage is clean, homey, comfortable, and quiet. Unit #3 is one bedroom with a king-size bed, living room, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner cook-top, coffee maker, toaster, oversized walk-in shower-style private bathroom, unit-controlled heat/air conditioning, flatscreen television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 4

This studio style cottage features a large screened in porch single queen bed, compact kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, two burner electric cooktop, table and chairs, walk-in shower-style private bathroom, unit-controlled heat/air conditioning, flatscreen television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 5

This is a one-bedroom classic cottage with 9-foot ceilings and ceiling fan. Bedroom features queen bed and California Closet, open concept living room/kitchen, well-equipped with microwave, refrigerator, sink, two-burner cook top, a private walk-in shower-style bath, large screened porch with rocking chairs and picnic table, individual heat and air conditioning, flatscreen color television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 6

This is a 2-bedroom unit all on one floor. Each bedroom has one XL Full Bed, and the living room has a full-size sleep sofa, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, two-burner cook top (no oven), coffee maker, toaster, a private tub/shower combination bathroom, individual heat, and air conditioning, flatscreen color television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 7

This is 2-bedroom unit all on one floor – one bedroom has a XL Full Bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Featuring a kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, two-burner cook top (no oven), coffee maker, toaster, a private tub/shower combination bathroom, individual heat, and air conditioning, flatscreen color television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 8

This cottage offers two floors of living space, with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with two twin beds on the second floor with a one-fourth bath (sink & toilet). The first floor features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen with basic utensils, pots/pans, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, 4 burner propane stove/oven, coffee maker, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo toilet and sink, unit-controlled heat/air conditioning, flat screen television with remote, free wireless internet access and linens.

Cottage 9

This cottage offers two floors of living space, two bedrooms, one with queen bed and another with two twin beds on the second floor with a one-fourth bath (sink & toilet).
